Our driver suggested a restaurant that was just a few doors down from our hotel and it featured a full gamelon and about 50 different dancers performing on stage for a two-hour dinner show each night. The restaurant had the most magnificent buffet of Cambodian dishes, including fish, fruits, vegetables, rice made up into a hundred different delicious recipes, as well as an enormous dessert table.
