My favorite place to eat in Nha Trang was the Candle Light Cafe, which is located at 06 Tran Quang Khai Street. This restaurant offers a choice of eating either inside or out and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a variety of Vietnamese dishes, pizza, french food, chinese food and specialize in seafood. The best dish I tried was their tuna fish cutlet smothered in a mango chile sauce. Divine!

The restaurant is owned and operated by a very nice lady and her mother, but they have been struggling since opening in mid-2001. We ate there about five different times and it was always simply delicious.

The dining room at the Bao Dai is also impressive. The food is quite good and the service is perfect. There is a breathtaking view of the harbor and beach below and it is especially romantic at sunset. The staff at the Bao Dai are very kind and go out of their way to make sure your stay there is comfortable and your needs are met. They are also very friendly and nice to get to know on a personal level.
