Chico is the largest city in Butte County and is located 75 miles north of Sacramento. Our section of the valley is called the North Valley. The three main cities/towns are Chico, Paradise and Oroville, and there are many smaller towns in the surrounding area. We have a large agricultural community and our area grows rice, almonds, walnuts, peaches, and many other crops to feed the country. Chico is the home to Chico State University and Butte College.
NorthValleyRoads.com features a business directory, real estate directory, community pages, area news articles and lots of photos of Chico, Paradise and Oroville community activities. We are in the process of redesigning and revamping our website and promise more to come in the near future.
